Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Friday and 10:00 am - 6:00 pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
We use detergents such as Tide, an Eco-Friendly brand, and a Free & Clear brand for people with sensitive skin.
Our wash and fold laundry service is only $1.80 a pound if you are a recurring customer. For regular, 48-hour service it is $2.49 a pound.
There is a $45 minimum for all wash and fold orders.
Your clean, fresh clothes will be ready for you to pick up in 48 hours. If you are a recurring customer, your laundry will be done in 24 hours.
We never launder your clothes with anyone else's order. We know that this can lead to mix ups, so we never mingle your clothes with anyone else.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery services Monday through Friday, between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $2.20 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.60 a pound.

Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you in 48 hours.
It is easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and fill in your information. It usually takes less than two minutes.
You do not! Just let us know when you place your order, where you will be leaving your laundry, so our driver knows where to find it. Please be sure it is a secure location: The Wash and Fold Club is not responsible for stolen laundry.
If you like your laundry done a certain way, that isn't a problem. There is a section called "Preferences" where you can let us know if you like your laundry done in a specific way.
We don't ask you to sign any type of contract, so you are free to discontinue service at any time. We are confident you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with exceptional service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit / debit card information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry order is complete.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a heavy-duty trash bag that can be pulled closed.
If you are a recurring customer and you are planning to go out of town, you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
