How Does Our Laundry Service in the Silicon Valley Work?

Our laundry service is simple and easy to use. 
  1. Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information. This includes the day and time you want your service. 
  2. Let us know if you have any special instructions or if you have any stains that you would like to call to our attention. 
  3. You will receive a text message when your driver is on their way.
  4. Don't worry, you don't have to be home to use our service, just let us know where you will be leaving your laundry. 
  5. We will pick up your dirty clothes and take them back to our laundry facility. Our expert launderers will wash, dry and fold everything for you. 
  6. Your laundry will be returned to you fresh, clean and ready to be put away!

Wash and Fold Delivery in Santa Clara

We offer different options for our laundry delivery service in Santa Clara to match your budget. Sign up for recurring service and it is only $2.10/lb. But if you don't want to commit to a schedule, it is $2.40/lb. If you would like your laundry back in 24 hours it is $2.66/lb.

Laundry Bag

1. Subscription Overview

This service includes a FREE laundry bag (one per subscription).
Service is charged per bag, not by weight. It comes out to as low as $1.69 a pound!

Plans include:

  • 1 Bag / Month – $70 per bag
  • 2 Bags / Month – $65 per bag (Most Popular)
  • 4 Bags / Month – $60 per bag


Each “bag” refers to one filled standard club-issued laundry bag.

2. What’s Included:

  • Free pickup and delivery within our service area.
  • Free next-day rush service, subject to delivery route availability.
  • Ability to change, pause, or cancel your plan at any time (see section 6).

3. Bag Usage Rules

  • The bag must be able to close comfortably. Overstuffed or damaged bags may incur additional charges or be split into two bags.
  • Only the official bag qualifies for the subscription price.
  • Lost or damaged bags may be replaced for a fee of $10.

4. Items Covered

Wash & Fold service includes standard everyday laundry (clothing, towels, undergarments, non-delicate items).


Excluded items that require separate billing:

  • Dry cleaning
  • Household items (comforters, blankets, duvets, pillows)
  • Specialty fabrics or oversized items
  • Items requiring special care or stain treatment may incur additional charges.

5. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customer must have the bag ready at the scheduled pickup time.
  • If a pickup is missed, we will attempt one courtesy reschedule depending on route availability.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions.

6. Plan Changes, Pauses & Cancellations

  • Customers may upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel plans at any time through customer service.
  • Changes apply to the next billing cycle, unless otherwise approved.
  • Unused bags do not roll over unless stated in a promotional offer.

7. Billing & Payments

  • Subscription charges are billed monthly to the card on file.
  • Payments are non-refundable once processing has begun.
  • Declined payments must be resolved within 5 days to avoid a pause in service.

8. Liability & Garment Care

  • We follow industry-standard wash processes and treat every item with care.
  • The company is not responsible for:
    • Pre-existing damage, loose buttons, broken zippers
    • Shrinkage or color fading due to manufacturer defect or missing care labels
  • In the rare event of lost or damaged items, compensation follows the standard laundry reimbursement policy: either repair or replacement based on depreciation up to a maximum of 10x the service fee for that bag.

9. Service Area

  • Free pickup/delivery is included only within our defined service zone.
  • Orders outside this area may incur additional fees or may not be eligible for subscription services.

10. Subscription Benefits & Promotions

  • Promotional pricing cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
  • Free or discounted months may be subject to minimum commitment periods.
  • The company reserves the right to modify benefits, pricing, or plan features with 30 days’ notice.

11. Acceptance of Terms

  • By subscribing to The Wash & Fold Club's subscription, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
